May 7, 2014 APC To Whom it May Concern, Dear Sir or Madame, I am writing you pertaining to the excellent customer service I have received from Mr. Lars . Under unforeseen complicated circumstances, my payments lapsed and were cancelled. After having paid on this account for 20 months, I was very disappointed in this outcome. I travel quite a bit therefore, things can happen out of my natural control. This is NO excuse. I take complete responsibility for my bills, however; this particular situation could not be avoided. Lars worked hard to help me resolve my issue. I will forever be grateful for his excellent customer service and desire and capacity to help someone like me. He went beyond the call of duty to help with my reinstatement. I wanted someone in your company to know about the outstanding job he is doing. Good Morning Mr. Baer, I just wanted to let you know that I have been talking with Meg about my extended warranty issues. She has been most helpful and really gone out of her way to settle this issue. She has been very polite and professional. I have enjoyed talking with her as she is very friendly and genuine. That alone is a rare quality today. I first talked to her to cancel my warranty due to them not covering a defect with my fuel system. She went above and beyond my expectations. I wish there were more customer service people like her. Because of this, I have decided to keep my warranty and continue my relationship with your company. I appreciate the manner in which your staff conducts themselves. I spoke with a different person, I don't remember his name, when i called the second time and was treated with respect also. I need to express my sincere thankfulness and gratitude for your employee, Mr. Dustin Reppell; his professionalism and positive willingness to assist customers was very impressive. His eagerness to assist me with an error occurred through your selling agent helped expedite the claim within my time frame. Not only did he address the issue, but made proper phone calls to other departments, and returned phone calls in a timely manner. He has potential and is an asset to your company. after purchasing warranty coverage from Austin at nvh i shared the cost and coverage with a co-worker. he told me i was paying too much and that he had similar coverage for much less. i then contacted his warranty company for a quote. yes it was much lower. thinking i had found a better deal i called Austin back with then intention of cancelling my coverage. Austin asked who the competition was. i told him. he then advised me to check them out at the bbb website. they had an F rating. at that point i realized that it was not a better deal. thank you Austin. submitted by fred stoddard Submitted By: fred stoddard

Part one. Dear Mr. Murer I wanted to take this time to give credit to a person you have employed with your company. His name is Jonathan. I had a bit of a problem with the warranty department on my 2007 Dodge Charger. I called Jonathan explaining that the Warranty company was not accepting an issue with my car. The issues/complaints went spiraling downhill from there. I called American G. and got absolutely nowhere. So I decided to call and ended up speaking to Jonathan. He calmed me down and I told him I had no faith in purchasing the Warranty. He said to "hold on" and let him check into it. What a compassionate and courteous individual he is. He took the time to get involved and understood my problem. He made the phone calls necessary to get everyone on board, including Arrigo Dodge. End result, Jonathan made me feel like I was a valued customer. He treated me with respect and assured me that the product purchased from your company was just as important as I wa

Part two - I sure hope that you understand how I feel about your employee. This individual, Jonathan is such an asset to your organization. He has the qualifications in addition to caring about your customers, compassionate about his job with true feelings for the people he helps. It's not often in this day and age that you can find such a wonderful person with these attributes. I wanted to say thank you for having him on your team. He is truly what makes me feel good about the product I purchased from you. Please tell Jonathan how much I appreciate him.........having Jonathan's help is all the comfort a person needs. I am writing this just so others will know of the great experience I had with National Vehicle Headquarters. I have been a customer for 3 years and I just traded my mustang in for a new one. I called Customer Service and got a hold of Monica. She said I could get a refund or apply what I have coming to extended warranty on my new mustang. Well she was very nice and helpful. She explained to me how to do both and I chose to get a refund. I think it is superb when you can actually get in touch with a real person and the person is professional and very polite like Monica.
